A Selective Invoice Finance facility to provide funding of £30,000 has been provided to a construction business to enable them to complete a local renovation project.

The North West based SME won the opportunity to complete a renovation project at a local college. The work needed to be completed during the summer holidays which required a short term cash flow solution in order to purchase materials and also to allow for any delays in payment.
